Server rules

1.General

1. The server is a non-commercial fan project. The team may change the rules and announces changes in the news.
2. The team's decisions on violations are final; disputes are handled via the personal account or the official channels.
3. Game bugs found by accident must be reported to the team. Useful reports are rewarded.
4. Respect other players: the game should be fun for everyone.

2.Account

1. You are responsible for your account's security. Turn on two-factor protection in your personal account.
2. Transferring, selling or sharing accounts is at your own risk: such accounts are not restored.
3. The team never asks for your password or 2FA codes.
4. Character and guild names must not insult, impersonate the team or advertise.

3.Gameplay

1. Bots, automation macros and any third-party programs that give an advantage are forbidden.
   Penalty: account ban.
2. Exploiting game bugs (duping, walking through walls, invulnerability and the like) is forbidden.
   Penalty: rollback and ban.
3. Interfering with the client, the server or the network traffic is forbidden.
   Penalty: account ban.
4. Trade scams and selling in-game goods for real money outside the official shop are forbidden.
   Penalty: from a suspension to a ban.
5. Playing several windows is allowed as long as no other rule is broken.

4.PvP and piracy

1. PvP, attacking traders and piracy are part of the game and are not violations where the mechanics allow them.
2. Jury trials and prison are in-game punishments; the team does not interfere with them.
3. Deliberately ruining one person's game (stalking, blocking respawn points) is forbidden.
   Penalty: suspension of up to 7 days.
4. Real-life threats and revealing other players' personal data are forbidden.
   Penalty: account ban.

5.Houses and land

1. Land and buildings belong to those who pay the taxes. Unpaid land is released by the game rules.
2. Placing buildings to block roads, docks or other players' land is forbidden.
   Penalty: removal of the building, a suspension if repeated.
3. Other players' crops may be harvested only where the game allows it; disputes are settled by the team.

6.Communication

1. Insults, harassment and hate speech are forbidden.
   Penalty: mute of up to 7 days.
2. Flooding and spam in public channels are forbidden.
   Penalty: mute of up to 24 hours.
3. Advertising other servers and third-party services is forbidden.
   Penalty: ban.
4. Politics and religion are not topics for public chats.

7.Shop and bonuses

1. Shop purchases are voluntary support of the project. Items are delivered in game automatically.
2. Delivered items are not refundable.
3. If an item did not arrive, contact the team with the order number from your personal account.
4. Abusing bonuses, promo codes and the referral program (multi-accounting, fraud) is forbidden.
   Penalty: rewards cancelled, a ban if repeated.

8.Penalties

1. The penalty depends on the severity: a warning, a mute, a temporary or a permanent ban.
2. Valuables obtained by breaking the rules are confiscated.
3. Bans for cheats and bots are not lifted.
